This video demonstrates the steps to install a new crankshaft position sensor on a 2004 Chevy SSR 5.3L LM4 V8 engine. I use an Autel MaxiSys MS906 scan tool to perform the “Crankshaft Position (CKP) variation learn” special function to update the ECM with the necessary info for the new crankshaft position sensor.
